Custard Pie  is one of the most famous and oldest tribute band in Italy. The band was created by guitarist Pucci Lattanzio and bassist Bruno Vagnarelli in far 1991, in order to specifically play and honour the music of the legendary english rock band Led Zeppelin. The name Custard Pie was taken from a famous track of the album released by the original band, Led Zeppelin, called Physical Graffiti to give forth about the sound and the music the band was going to play.  They have played almost 200 gigs not only  in their home town Rome but all around  in Italy and Switzerland carryng everywhere a very good quality show made of a lots of Led Zeppelin era’s numbers. Custard Pie was often on papers, fanzine ( also an american one “In the light” in 1998 ), local radio and local Network for intrerviews or play some Led Zeppelin’s covers. In January 2005 the band was honoured to have Mr. Jason Bonham on drums for a short tour performing many famous Led Zeppelin’s songs.
